The list grows! And for good reason… CarPlay is in more cars and SUVs than ever before. Automobiles rolling off the factory floor are now more likely to have CarPlay than not in 2019, a tipping point that will only accelerate the adoption of CarPlay by developers.

According to your Carplay compatible apps list, you show the Libby app is available for Carplay. When I go into my Carplay settings on my iPhone I do not get the option to use Libby in Carplay. Libby app installed on the iPhone.
Look again… maybe you’re behind on iOS or app updates? It shows for me in Settings -> General -> [my car brand] -> Customize
Whatever the case, Libby has traditionally been a 2nd class citizen with CarPlay. We mark it as “Part” under compatibility because of this. It works, but it’s just not as graceful as other apps.
If it helps, I have iOS 13.1.1 and Libby is version 3.0.0.
